Cauliflower Fried Rice with ChefMLK

cauliflower and fried rice

Cauliflower fried rice:

2- 3 portions


1 head cauliflower

2 tbsp green onion

1 cup frozen peas and carrots

1 white onion diced

1 tbsp garlic crushed

1 tbsp soya sauce

1 tbsp sesame seed oil

½ cup vegetable stock


1.     In a blender, blend the raw cauliflower until small bits

2.     In a wok, fry the oil add the onion then garlic

3.     Add the cauliflower and stock

4.     Add the frozen peas and carrots, cook for 10 -12 minutes

5.     Sprinkle green onion over, and soya sauce, serve hot
